In November 2006, Autech released the next generation of the hugely successful COLORBOND® steel Colour Selector visualisation program which allows users to import their own images into the program to view them with the latest COLORBOND® steel colours. Now available in both Professional and Home Editions to cater for both ends of the market, there is a version available for the builder, roofing contractor or architect as well as for those Mums and Dads who just can't decide on the perfect roof colour for their home. Another initiative of BlueScope Steel and Autech is the Image Colour Rendering service, which allows customers to visualise their dream home in any colour or product before the foundations have even been laid. As part of the Plan Rendering Service, Autech can take black and white front elevation plans and transform them into full colour, photo-realistic 3D perspective images. We can also take a tired old roof and replace it with a brand new roof made from COLORBOND® steel and show it in any of the 20 COLORBOND® steel colours. We can present a current display home in a vast number of fashionable colour schemes at the click of a button, which helps to reduce the chance of customers rejecting the look of a home simply because of its colour scheme.
